Hey Zinya,
>You mentioned in another post that you are feeling "jittery"
Yep, my legs are doing their thing again. I'm bouncing them again when I'm sitting down. My fingers drum the desk. I've always thought that I might have ADHD like my son. Effexor might be making that worse, I dunno. It's a livable SE, bothers others more than me <grin>, and maybe I'm burning more calories.
>What other SE's are you experiencing now, if you don't mind describing?
Constipation, big-time. I can't tell if I'm gaining weight, pregnant, or just need a full basket of bran muffins. Some sweats too <new one>. Keep thinking I'm coming down with something. Nervous habits increasing; such as biting nails, picking at things (zits, bugbites, hangnails, etc.). And I keep checking to see if I turned the curling iron off in the morning. I'm so distracted that I can't remember. More memory problems.
>Do you have any idea how to compare your levels with XR levels?
I believe 300mg XR is stronger than 300mg Non-XR. Because of Absorption perhaps, more lost in the Non-XR version. I don't know the ratio of strength comparison.
>How long had you been at 200?
From 1-1.5 months.
>And does 300 for you mean 150 twice a day?
I'm supposed to be taking 100mg 3x daily. But I take 200mg in the morning and 100mg at 2 pm. My highest stressors are at work.
> I'd love to hear more about how you're doing, but meanwhile send empathy for the SE process and understand if you don't feel like writing much...
I used to have to function going through alcohol withdrawal or hangover at work. Effexor SE's are still a breeze for me. :)
