I was just upped to 300mg of Effexor from 200mg (non-XR version) and yep, I'm feeling jittery too. :) It fades, as your body adjusts.
Hang in There!

p.s.
feel like saying "HONEY I'M HOME!". Just got back from social-babble trying to find the posts of the missing Effexor Club. where are you all? where's my girls?

The Dr. gave me an Effexor XR starter kit but I was very apprehensive... I took the first dose and I now my feelings of hesitation were confirmed..the drug made me very agitated (I stayed in my bedroom away from my husband so I would not start to quarrel with him) and I very tired (almost sedated). Is this normal? I read the drug information but it was not helpful. I do not feel comfortable taking the second dose..
