I realized that I probably needed a higher dosage when I started feeling jittery in the early afternoon on a regular basis. The important thing was that my p-doc agreed. What dosage are you taking?

> How do you know when you should be taking a higher dosage of effexor? I've had my first experience of anxiety yesterday since being on this drug. It was not nearly as bad as prior to my taking effexor but now I'm concerned that maybe my body is becoming accustomed to this dosage? Does this make sense?
