Its always a good thing to have a complete physical when you reach a certain age anyway!!!! It could be some anxiety because you fear a problem. Do you constantly rub that area until it is sore. If you do you might get some aspercream. It does not irritate the skin. I am so use to spasms and pains I just ignore them anymore. But I know how you feel and its hard to do!!!!!
