I've been taking Lexapro about 10 weeks now. My night sweats have become worse. My dr. told me they should stop after some time. (didn't say how long) I also have started experiencing terrible nightmares. I'm wondering if anyone else has this too. I had the same problem several years ago when I took Paxil. I wake up exhausted in the morning, like I've been fighting battles all night.
