Have you tried popping a tranquilizer before going to bed?
Xanax or Klonopin basically solve all sleeping issues I had with Lexapro (and generally make me feel great all day) but I'm worried of getting too much in the habit of using them though they're supposedly non-addictive.

Just wondering if this is normal. Is there a way to prevent this? Does anyone have any suggestions on how to sleep well at night in a bed of soggy sheets?
