At first, I did get headaches (some very bad) but these seem to have subsided now. Generally, I have felt better on 10mg of Lexapro than I did on 40mg of Paxil. I've even experienced ejaculation for the first time in several years! Not great, but at least something.
I've experienced some dizziness, but don't know if that is caused by a new BP med, or allergies. Too soon to separate.
