What is your opinion of the use of Atypical Anti-psychotics for depression or BPII? There has been a lot of discussion here lately about these meds and their place in fighting off symptoms of our individual diseases.
I have taken 7.5 mg of Zyprexa every day for over 3 years and have not had anything but benefits from it. I also take 100mg of Nortriptyline and 4-6 mg/day of Mirapex. After years of trial and error this combination works for me. I'm no longer suicidal, I can make it through the day without crying and I can actually work part time again. I hate to see people disparage meds like Zyprexa when I know how much they have helped me regain a life. I wondered where you stood on their use.
