Hi,
I haven't tried that combo (I'm on Prozac + Wellbutrin), but my pdoc suggested it as an option if the Prozac doesn't work. She said Serzone does NOT have the sexual side effects that the SSRIs have, and that it is a bit sedating, which could help with your anxiety.

I think it would be a good option.
