It depends on what kind of fish it is that you are eating. Fish that live in cold waters are the best for omega 3s, and the very best is salmon. I'm not even sure which other kinds of fish are considered 'cold water'(cod maybe), but that should be easy to research. I read that all we need is three servings of cold water fish per week to get the recommended amount of omega 3s. Happy fishing! CarolAnn
