Hi folks,
I have been trying phosphatidyl serine, 100mgs, for memory and concentration issues for a few days. It's not perfect, but I'm seeing a big difference.
I have hypothyroidism, which can cause a kind of lack of attention known as "brain fog." IN addition, I came cold turkey off of Effexor about a month ago, and believe my brain is still readjusting.
I am 34, never thought I would have to worry about these symptoms at my age!

It's great to hear it's working for you. I've read about it but haven't tried it. Maybe you'll see more improvement over time since you just started.
For a while I took grape seed extract, which also helps with focus. These days I just drink a lot of green tea, which also has a calming effect.
Keep us posted with your progress, and congratulations on getting off Effexor. I did that once, and it was tough!
This is the end of the thread.
