I laughed when visited this page:

Then directly underneath there's a statement:
"...This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease."Haha! Not really the most trustworthy page i've visited..

Its a ripoff of The "Seinfeld" episode in which George's father buys a tape series which calles for him to periodically yell - "SERENITY NOW"
