I laughed when visited this page:

Look at the banner at the bottom of the page, first it says:
" The natural balance Serenity supports for moods and emotions is remarkable.
Enhance your life in a natural way. "

ORDER SERENITY NOW

Then directly underneath there's a statement:
"...This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease."

Haha! Not really the most trustworthy page i've visited..
