I was thinking of trying the following. The first two look promising, but I need information about the next two. Anyone who knows anything please post.
L tyrosine
primrose
echinacea
saw palmetto-----------------
This is what I'm currently using:
Magnesium Taurate 400 mg
ActiSorb Potassium 99 mg
Complexed Phosphorus 200 mg
Chelated Zinc, 30 mg
boron
Biotin - 50mcg
Omega 3 fish oil 1000mg
CO Q 10 150mg
E 1000 IU
Selenium 200mcg
B12 1000mcg
Vitamin B complex
choline
vitamin kI also wonder from what I read while searching for information about other things, if too much Omega 3 can be a problem. I ran out recently but am going to get more soon. I just shove a bunch of capsules down my throat whenever I eat.
Whatever it was that worked, has made diffinate improvements with my anxiety, but I'm not sure exactly what it is and isn't.
I use distilled water, since it is better than the crap found in tap water in this area, and I eat only masquete chicken, tostitos, brown rice, oranges, and banannas. I don't drink pasterized orange juice, since its evil, I just eat oranges themselves.

Echinacea can cure the common cold and other things fairly quickly. If you are allergic to ragweed then don't take it, because it comes from a wildflower.
Saw palmetto can stop baldness(men only), reduce size of your prostate, and increases sperm production in men, and causes women to grow bigger breast.
Primrose helps many mental conditions.

I'm going to get Primrose and Saw Palmetto at Sam's Wholesale Club today, as well as some L-tyrosine. I need to restock my supply of Omega 3 as well.
I'll report back any progress here.
This is the end of the thread.
