The only thing I really know about blue-light therapy is that it supposedly suppresses melatonin (?).Are serotonin, dopamine or norepinephrine affected? Other brain changes? Any info would be greatly appreciated. Thanks...Saturn.

I don't think there is much effect here... I've been depressed for years and definately have not received any change in how I feel after shopping at K-Mart. If this were the case, Walmart might have something to worry about.
