In reply to Vicodin has helped me, posted by jaclinhyde on October 15, 2008, at 15:32:09
All I can say is: WOW! You are jumping from the frying pan into the fire by taking Vicodin. I know exactly how hard it is to dump Cymbalta, but Vicodin is NOT the answer. And if you have an addictive bone in your body, you WILL get into trouble with it. Read my other post about meds and coming off Cymbalta. I spent 6 months washing out Cymbalta + three other meds. By far and away the worst to come off of was/is Cymbalta. I went from 20mg to 0 mg around Dec 5, 2008, and have been seriously ill ever since. But, things are improving. Anyway, just wanted to mention that Vidocin is NOT the way got go on this one. Diet and exercise, exercise, exercise are. Benadryl also helps (not a great solution, but an OK stopgap). Good luck. My sincere sympathy is with you.
