I am so sorry to hear about your problems.
As far as when the withdrawal symptoms will disappear, that depends on how fast you came off the med. Not to alarm you but CTing a med or using a fast tapering schedule will prolong withdrawal symptoms. Not always but generally.
I have been using Magnesium and milk peptides as sleep aides since I am tapering Remeron. Both are not habit forming and I sleep throught the night. I may wake up one time but that is it.
