effexor

could it be effexor if I only took it 37.5 for one week and 75 another week only..I thought it would be ok

symptoms
extreme tiredness...sleep a lot also..took 400 provigil today and am still so tired.. fighting to stay up and do something..
nauseous a little

anyway just took a 37.5 hoping to feel better

thought is was my normal cycle but it's only been 3 weeks...
