Hi folks,
Persistent insomnia has just set in due in part to tension with my neighbour. Not sleeping on 0.625 mg. Will have to revert to 2.5 mg just to restore my equilibrium, and get a good nights sleep. After that hopefully 1.25 mg and then maybe back to the 0.625. Can anyone offer me some advice on the final push from 1.25 mg down to zero. This seems to be the hardest part.
