The standard practice for treating this is to give fluoxetine (10-20mg) once. Norfluxoetine, its active metabolite, has a half-life of something like five weeks, so that's usually enough.

My withdrawal from buprenorphine was less debilitating overall than withdrawal from SSRIs, as it was only about 4-5 days of mild "opium flu" instead of weeks of parasthesias and wildly fluctuating emotions.
