In response to my asking my doctor for help to stop smoking I was taken off the max dose of cymbalta and placed on 150 mg of wellbutrin for a month. I was crying/raging or happy as a puppy during my waking hours. Then my doctor upped the wellbutrin xl to 300 mg. I am still having daily emotional outbreaks. Is there another medication that can be taken with the wellbutrin xl?
