that is exactly what I did down to the letter. I posted it on the withdrawals board. I still get a little dizzy and when I do I just take a swig of benadryl to smooth it all out. I have been off it for 4 days now. I don't know why or how it works but I found another forum where people were raving about it. The problem is I can't find that site again.
