Unfortunately, I have alot of experience with Xanax withdrawal. What worked the best for me (but I still suffered somewhat) was switching from Xanax to Klonopin which is longer acting than Xanax. Then I was weaned off the Klonopin. But you should be consulting with a pdoc about the withdrawal. I sympathize with what you're going through. It is hell, but know that you WILL feel better.
