How do I get off Celexa?

Hi - I have been taking Celexa for years. I am on 50 mg. a day, and I was taking it for PMDD (Pre Menstrual Dysphoric Disorder). Well - I am past that stage of my life now and I am clear and free of anymore PMS. So now it is time for me to stop. How do I do it?

One time I ran out of medication and was off of it for 2 days. The first day I was fine - but all hell broke loose on the second day.

I would appreciate any suggestions as to how to get off this med.
