Tapering advice needed

I've been on the same meds for a while but now I'm having trouble. My pdoc hasn't called me back - even after the two messages I left yesterday. Can't get an appt. until the middle of June and refilling these demons is not an option.
Sooo, I want to try to lower my doses.
Lamictal 100 - can I drop right to 50?
Wellbutrin 300 XL - can't cut these (cold turkey)
Cymbalta - 120 (got this covered)
Provigil - 200 (can I drop to 100 right away?)
Any advice? I can't sleep and I'm ready to jump out of my itchy skin. We were planning on lowering things anyway last itme I saw her.
