Yeah, those ones lies are ones I tell myself too.

The prefect 'environment' one is a good one in question. Like, on trains/planes/buses, you see all these people actually doing *work*. I'm far too picky to do any work whatsoever on public transportation I have to have the perfect cup of tea, perfect ambiance, blah blah....

I've found it helps to think that I'll try and do 'just a little bit' and if I don't feel like it after 10 mins, I can always stop. And then often you get into it and it snowballs and soon you've ended up actually doing alot of work. Sort of anti-procastination really. Pretend that doing the work is procastination, and that making tea is actually a chore! hhehehe.
