So.. Nintendo is Nintendo of America, now, apparently...
So... They are talking about paying their workers (software developers, and the like?) in America...
?
Anyhoo...
Since I chose to invest in them (by way of purchasing various products including Switch Lite, Switch OLED, various game cartridges)...
I was wrong to think that some of the value of the Switch Lite was that kids may be able to hack the system to do things like... Khan Academy.
I did not understand or realise that the 'programmable calculator' thing was a thing that was marketed and explicitly offered as a feature of the thing. That the instruction manual came with explicit instructions as to how you could download and play various programmed.
I mean to say that I was wrongly impressed by the idea of people programming their calculators.
I wrongly believed that they found a way to hack into the system and write programmes of their own...
Anyway...
I think the NZL government got (from California) permission to use various Microsoft Software things that would enable them to continue on their government adminstration of NZL. You know.. MIcrosoft Word. Excel..
Anyway...
Nintendo...
I'm glad they delayed the release of breath of the wild 2. I am still playing breath of the wild 1. I like so much about the open world game. I have so much to do and so much to explore...
It is.. Inhibiting? Postponing? Holding up my seamless enjoyment of the game that.. The combat system is a bit cludgey. There aren't enduring weapons of value or genuinely meaningful crafting.
The controls are weird.. Not sure if it is because they are reversed from Microsoft (go anime) or what...
Maybe that's it. Nintendo was designed to oppress an underclass of japanese???
Education software...
Yis...
Software exclusives...
I don't see anywhere else to go...
Steamdeck did what I thought was built-in (ability to sureptitiously hack the system to do youtube and programming and khan academy sorts of things).
So dropped the ball on that. Unless you want to innovate.
If you cant see your ways forwards.. Then document the history back. Good idea. Do it in real time and seek investors. I'm not seeing the history being told of...
Well, let's see...
Arcade games.
The pre-cursor of pay to win. If enough people are pay to win then no cost in free to play.
If you want to play that game..
