I think that you wrote a really good list, Angela. It sounds like you have some things to look forward to over the coming days and weeks, and I hope that you'll find some opportunities for enjoyment and personal growth with the things that you'll be doing. Here's a list of things that I'm grateful for:
1. Treatment options to help with the difficulties I have with concentration, energy, and sleep regulation. So, the improvements that I've written about as far as my energy and concentration are concerned, which I attributed to the vitamin D3 that I've been taking, have seemed to fizzle out. I will keep taking the D3 and don't know if it will help me much in the long run, but it's good to know that if the vitamin D3 doesn't help much that I still have other treatment options that might prove to be useful.
2. Support. Even though there have been times in my past when some of those around me have not seemed to be very understanding, I would say that I have a stronger support system now than I did in my past, and I think that having the support system that I have might prevent things from spiraling too far out of control, especially if I continue to struggle with treatments that only prove to be so helpful in the long run.
3. The basics. I wouldn't say that I have the same financial struggles that I used to have, and to have the resources to cover my basic needs and some things that I want is something that I'm very grateful for.
That's all I can think of for now, but I might add more to my list later.
