Thanks for your input, Dr. Bob.
The women's Circle is what I think of as my Tribe. It's a very grounding meeting, yet in spite of feeling safe, each week we feel we are challenged. It stretches my brain, I know that.

My therapist said she wished there was such a circle for her to go to.

It is the kind of meeting that I never feel I have to drag myself to. I look forward to it every week. I always tell myself I will stay quiet, but I am quite the talker. If someone seems to be struggling with words, I try to help them.

When ever someone talks or relates a story, they can tell us ahead of time whether they want feedback from the group or not. It works really well in not agitating what might be a stressful time. Sometimes, it is good just to get the words out of your head.

How civilized to know that you can talk about something and not expect advice, if that is not what you want.

We do a show and tell if we have a good or an item that has helped up, and we pass that around. We also do a tell and tell, so that if someone feels like saying something, they can. It is the kind of group that really raises your spirit or energy, and has a lasting effect.

It is very good to want to get out of the house!!
