No *that* problem is kind of quiescent now, although I make a point of trying to be careful with my posture and I do pilates.
Of course I have another problem. The vertebral column is so long.
I have this skoliosis, don't know whether it matters, but atm I have something similar to sciatica but in my arm.
Well, with age often people end up with curvature of the spine until, and you know what.....
