manic, have you ever googled "a-typical" depression and to see if it described your moods better than that of bipolar 2? I know it fits my personality more although some say I appear bipolar too. I don't think so.
And yes, I think normal people feel the ups and downs just as we do. The difference is they are able to let it go when the time is right, where we sit and dwell on it, like a cow chewing it's cud, or we ruminate about what the future will bring?? That's our problem, we cant get anchored in the present, its always the guilt of yesterday or the fear of tomorrow racing in our mind.
This may sound weird but sometimes I feel I would not change my life for anything as everything I have now is too precious. And that's my 2 brain cells at work.........cheers, Rick
