Hi Phillipa,
Yes, The caffeine thing is going okay.
The remaining things are:Drinking at least 8 glasses of water/day - & that's more of a challenge than not drinking tea.
Eating 3 good meals a day instead of just a teenie bit during day & then a good supper. Eating breakfast & lunch is still a challenge. (I feel embarrassed telling you that, because at least I can Taste my food & enjoy it, unlike you.)
Getting decent exercise.
