hello,
i guess the american menu differs somewhat from the finnish one...
myself i don't know my height and weight in inches or lbs, but i'm 52 yrs, 184 cm and 94 kg,
i walk a lot but the best sports i've tried is called water jogging, it's really cool,
i think everyone should try it once, swimmers and non-swimmers, old and young, with more or less lbs on .)
every morning i enjoy Finnish oats porridge called Elovena by Raisio.com, with a small piece of butter or jam,
