Strangely, I think I also wore My Sin -- anyone remember that? And Arpege -- which I still wear.

A few years ago, I ran into Steve Landesburg -- he played Deitrich -- at a convention. I was sitting with the electrician for the booth, and we both watched, absolutely speechless, as he walked through, eating all our booth's food! Talent isn't supposed to wander into other companies' booths, and certainly aren't supposed to eat other companies' food! But he just stood there as though he had every right to be there, and no one bothered him for it. (I guess either he had his fill, or we had better food than the other booths did. He didn't hit any other booths that I saw.)

But there were other, much more exciting miniseries that we didn't ever miss -- "The Six Wives of Henry VIII," "Elizabeth R," "Upstairs, Downstairs," and later on "Brideshead Revisited." (LOVED Brideshead, but then -- I like Phoebe Nichols a lot, and Simon Jones, and others. Never very fond of Jeremy Irons, though...) Oh, and my aunt would come over to watch some mystery thing on Masterpiece Theater -- maybe Lord Peter Whimsy? I can't remember...
I don't think I ever realized you and I were so close in age -- I always assumed you were much younger than I. Welcome to, you know, middle age... (You can hear my eyes roll, right?)
