I think right now I'm comfortable with it being a fantasy. No one in my life really likes the idea. My husband thinks I like spending money too much to enjoy it. My therapist isn't crazy about the idea. And it doesn't feel urgent at the moment.
But I did find it interesting to understand why my job feels so different now than it used to. And I think it helps me accept my job a bit better now. Understanding why always helps me.
I think people who have an intrinsically rewarding job are so lucky.
