My first ever T, whom I run into now and then (which is weird enough) ran a workshop once and we did an exercise with some tapping for anxiety. I've done it a couple of times - and it does work - though, if anything, it "feels" like a distraction. Like, I'm thinking about finding the right spots to tap, so my mind is being taken off whatever it is I'm winding myself up about. But then again, hey, if it works, and it doesn't come in a bottle or a pill, I'm in!!But I think this is a good time to do it again, when I seem to be running in a perpetually high gear.
