Isn't it interesting in his book how he talks of sitting on the park bench thinking how to make it through the pain of his conciousness, and then he (somehow) learned(?) to live in the moment.
There is neccessary pain for us ordinary mortals in conciousness.
I'm just interested in learning to avoid creating more pain for myself, and finding a way to live with an open heart.
