I've heard simply terrible things for a minority of people. Sometimes neurological things.
There is a case on Erowid of someone who after smoking a joint had one pupil large and the other narrow.
And someone I knew smoked a joint and that was it...never the same, she had a cracked pained look after that, diagnosis schizophrenia, FWIW.
