PD NOS

That's my latest dx. Past dxes-schizophrenia, schizoaffective/bipolar, dependent PD.
Can anyone enlighten me on PD NOS? Is it one of those
'waste paper basket' dx?
A way of saying we are not sure you are really ill but just in case?
'They think you're a fake' keeps going though my head :(
