Zenhussy's right-- even if it's only about something seemingly small, we can help one another feel so much better, and so much more hopeful.

Isn't it amazing how an impulsive decision to buy a tree can change the way you think about your place?I was waiting for some folks at a restaurant recently, and found myself staring at a large, natural christmas tree, and just staring at it, almost meditating on it... it really is soothing somehow.
I hope your tree surprises you when you get up in the morning.
I hope your tree amuses you as you figure out ways to decorate it, or not.
I hope your tree brings you meditative peace when you contemplate its branches and its form.
I hope your tree brings you to the deep woods when you get up in the morning and sniff the balsam for the first time.
I hope your tree brings out the caring spirit in you as you sweep up little worn-out needles and water it.
I hope your tree makes your heart and home warmer.
love,
-Llp.s. my "tree" is on the windowsill with my rose bush, my geraniums and my basils. PLEASE don't let me water it by accident. I might electrocute myself.
