Let's see - I responded to the post in question, selected "include post" in my response; deleted the bits I didn't think were triggerish, and changed the subject line to indicate a trigger and what it would be for. And I checked the box to add the name of the previous poster - you, in this case.
I think that's how I did it. Thanks for asking.
