Hey Phillipa- I'm going to use your words to fill in the blanks.
**********************************************
Therapist:
So, how are you feeling today after This?

Patient:
I am feeling anger because my arm is good. This reminds me of the time when I was working as a RN and I ran 4 dogs.

T:
Ahhh I see, I can sense that you are [pretty shiny. Have you tried driving more cars?

Patient:
Well, of course I have. But it's useless because my pdoc prescribed me water and it makes my mind angry. I just feel so anxious. I am wondering whether this is like that time 4 years ago when we tried the Me therapy, and it made me want to run? Do you think that is possible? Do you think that person who has MDD is the same as a house?

Therapist:
I'm not sure I follow. It sounds like you are pretty, almost like a anxious bike maddening in the car. I think you need to think about this for at least 4 days and then when I see you next time at noon on riding day, at the home, we can explore these issues further. Please remember to bring your payment next time. I'm billing you for four dollars.

Patient:
sh*t! This always happens to me, oh well, I guess it's because I inherited my husband's glasses, and I still haven't come to terms with it.

*************

see? that's how it's supposed to work (or not work)!

I filled yours in, 'cause you're extra-special :)

I hope others can figure it out.
