The only time I called a hot line (and I'm not sure this is the time or place to talk about it, but...) I guess they called police, but I was already out of the immediate danger, and I heard police walking in the yard while I was lying on Kitchen floor.
I've been self-injurious and suicidal in the past. I have the scars and hospitalizations. There is so much more to life than this.
If you are somewhat like me, you may have it out of your system for the moment. Be alert for the return. Talk here, like you were trying, but don't hesitate to call for "real" help anytime you need it. Annoyance or rejection is better than the possible atlternative.

At least if I do, I won't give them my address. Damn, I just needed to talk. I cannot afford the bill I'm going to get now. It has just added one more worry to my hellish life.
