Hi Deneb,

I want to share with you something that I fell, is helping me keep my sanity & making my life a LOT more peaceful.

I'm going to give you a website to check out. It's:

www.tatlife.com

I've posted on the Alternative Board about this method. I use it pretty-well daily. It helps me with Worry
Stress
Sadness
Upset feelings
Feeling crappy from dreams upon waking

ETCETERA

Just in case you don't read the Alternative Board & might want to try this out.

It's a way of holding your hands to your head. You can do it while saying a series of sentences OR you can just hold them & fell however you're feeling. I find that after a minute I usually feel better. Sometimes I even forget what I was 'doing' the holding for!!!!!!!
