yikes, I bet you feel like you're falling apart with so little sleep. Insomnia is the worst. You can't function. You can't think! You can't be you!Well, hang in there. take it easy today. avoid things that require fine motor skills, for example. And give yourself a break. A mental health day, as it were.
yoga? some light exercise or housecleaning? nothing super challenging, just a little active to keep you from passing out in the middle of the day!
Then, tonight, you can take a nice relaxing soak (epsom salts- magnesium good for relaxing and sleepiness! lavender oil?) and read a super-boring book or article. and off to bed with you!

(There are really good pharmacological interventions right now too. If you haven't explored these recently with your doctor, don't be shy to speak up. No one should have to suffer this with no help!)
