> If you scan the Babble threads, you'll notice that one or two particular Babblers post to nearly every thread. AND their posts are more often than not, one-liners with no substance. While there are no Babble rules, like PBCs, to govern "spamming", I feel it's not cool to clog the pages with such rubbish. Also, the spammers risk the long-term effect of being ignored - kinda like "the boy who cried wolf".
:-O
someone takes the effort to reply...
and you consider that 'spamming'?
how is one liners 'clogging' things up?
i would have thought that people who went on and on and on would be clogging things up more
(not that i think anybody does this)
because...
you don't have to read what you don't like.it might help to think of it as...
people who are trying to reach out and connect with others
not intending to spam
(not spamming)
attempting to maximise responses...if you don't like it...
ignore it.
but i think you will find that other people will not
and sometimes we just have to put up with things we don't like / don't udnerstand...
