being so tired that when you have a parcel delivered you can only cry a little bit because you don't have the energy to open it. (I couldn't believe that happened to someone else!)Or having to go out in half an hour, so you have just enough time, to take a shower, get dressed and die, before you have to leave..

It's scary isn't it? And of course the stress makes it worse because you start feeling things you may not have even noticed before.
It's dependent on where the problem is too.
Mine was on my face, so I thought, well if it was on my knee, I'd probably just look at it and say "eww" and take my antibiotics and forget about it, but there's places it's just freaky to be sore.And you always here about the mistakes Doctors make.. so no matter how casual they are it can really mess with your head. *sigh*

Good for you, it's hard to be insistant when you're sick, but you really have to be, especially if you have a fever.
