Almond Cream Cheese Pound Cake
1 box Duncan Hines Butter Yellow Cake Mix
1 8 oz cream cheese, softened
4 eggs
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. almond extract
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup waterWhip cream cheese until smooth. Add liquid ingredients, mix until well combined. Add remaining ingredients, mix until smooth. Bake in a greased, floured bundt pan at 350 for 45 min., or until top springs bake when lightly touched. Let cool on a wire rack 20 min. before removing from pan.
I think I'd substitute lemon extract for almond and add about 1/4 cup of poppy seeds.
