Deneb, you are not any of those bad things you mentioned. You're not! You're just upset right now.

It's common for people to feel transference or interest in someone who's not attainable -- so don't beat yourself up for being interested in Dr. Bob. It's even OK to look up stuff on him, as long as you don't take it too far and start making secret trips to Chicago to check him out. :)

Your life is not ruined. Information will stick. You WILL be successful in the future! Remember that when these moods come, you are able to get through them and end up feeling OK agian.

Did you stop your meds like you were thinking? If so, could that be contributing to your mood right now?
