Hi Laurie,

I do hide in my car at lunch. I try to distract myself with reading. My concentration sucks, so it doesn't distract me for very long.

I wish I could find something outside of work to challenge me- help me realize that a job isn't my entire life. I've been working on this in therapy for three years, you'd think I'd get it by now. Sigh.
